Beastfolk

Beastfolk includes both humankind's distant cousins, and animals that have grown to resemble humankind. They possess a vast array of bodily features and characteristics that make each unique, and often poachable. Their countless examples contain the likes of catfolk, lizardfolk, and minotaurs but their variety is seemingly endless with small tribes yet undiscovered in every landmass.
